Online(Zoom) Interview Study on Working in Japan

Share Your Experience of Working at a Japanese Company!
We are conducting an interview study with foreign residents working in Japan on workplace experiences and gender dynamics in Japanese companies.

The interview will focus on your experiences working in Japan, including Japanese workplace culture and systems, as well as gender-related issues in the workplace.

Date & Time
October, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
The interview will take approximately 2 hours.

Scheduling is flexible and can be arranged based on your availability.
Rewards
JPY 8,400
*The reward includes the interview, a short pre-interview questionnaire, and a review of the interview summary.
Overview
We are conducting an interview study with foreign residents working in Japan on workplace experiences and gender dynamics in Japanese companies.

The interview will focus on your experiences working in Japan, including Japanese workplace culture and systems, as well as gender-related issues in the workplace.
Participation Requirements
・Graduated from a university or graduate school in Japan
・Have sufficient Japanese proficiency to participate in the interview
・Currently working for a company located in the Tokyo metropolitan area (Tokyo, Saitama, Chiba, or Kanagawa), Kanto-Koshinetsu region, or Tokai region
・Have worked at your current company for at least one year
・Have experience working as a full-time regular employee (seishain) at a Japanese company
※Your current employment status may be non-regular, or you may currently be on leave from work.

概要
日本で働く外国人の方を対象に、会社の働きやすさや職場のジェンダー構造に関するインタビュー調査を実施します。

日本で働く中での経験や、日本特有の会社文化・制度、ジェンダーに関する課題などについてお話を伺います。
参加条件
・日本の大学または大学院を卒業している方
・インタビューに対応可能なレベルの日本語能力をお持ちの方
・現在勤務している会社が、首都圏（東京都・埼玉県・千葉県・神奈川県）、関東甲信越地方、または東海地方にある方
・現在の会社で1年以上勤務している方
・日本の会社で正社員として働いた経験がある方
※現在は非正規社員の方、休職・休業中の方でも問題ありません。
