Overview

Kawagoe City in Saitama Prefecture is developing a new food tour designed for international vegetarian and vegan travelers.

Before launching the tour, we are inviting participants to join a Pre-Monitor Tour, where you will visit selected tour locations, experience the proposed itinerary, and share your honest opinions. During the tour, you will explore Kawagoe's unique food culture and history. We would like to hear your feedback from the perspectives of both an international visitor and a vegetarian or vegan.

Your opinions will help us create a more enjoyable and accessible food tour for future travelers.

Participation Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
・Foreign nationals currently residing in Japan (excluding Japanese nationals)
・Vegetarian or vegan
・Willing to participate in a questionnaire and interview

Around Kawagoe Ichibangai, Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture

Tuesday, September 8, 1:30 PM–4:30 PM (approx. 3 hours)
Thursday, September 17, 1:30 PM–4:30 PM (approx. 3 hours)

概要

埼玉県川越市では、海外から訪れるベジタリアン・ヴィーガンの方にも安心して楽しんでいただける、新しいフードツアーの造成を進めています。

今回、本ツアーの実施に先立ち、実際にツアー候補となる施設や飲食店を巡りながら、ご意見・ご感想をお伺いするプレモニターツアーを開催します。当日は、川越ならではの食文化や観光スポットを体験していただき、「外国人旅行者の視点」「ベジタリアン・ヴィーガンの視点」から率直なご意見をお聞かせください。

皆さまからいただいたご意見は、より魅力的なフードツアーの造成に活用させていただきます。

参加条件

・日本在住の外国籍の方（日本国籍を除く）
・ベジタリアンまたはヴィーガンの方
・アンケート・インタビューにご協力いただける方
