The “Suguru” app is a multilingual communication tool designed to make communication between schools and parents smoother.
In this test, participants will help evaluate the app’s multilingual functionality by operating it in their native language setting and sharing feedback on its usability and overall impressions.
The test will take approximately one hour and will be conducted via Zoom, where participants will share their smartphone screen while using the app.
Format
・Conducted via one-on-one online interview on Zoom
・You will be asked to operate the app on your smartphone while sharing your screen.
・Please prepare an environment where you can either print out or view the test materials on a PC or tablet.
Compensation
1 hour: ¥5,000.
After the test, we will transfer the payment to your designated bank account within 1–2 weeks.
Duration & Time Slots
・Test duration: approximately 1 hour
・Time slots: weekdays between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
・Your preferred time slot will be confirmed during the application process.
Eligibility
・Residents of Japan whose native language is one of the following:
English, Chinese (Simplified), Portuguese, Korean, Tagalog, Spanish, Vietnamese, Thai, or Nepali
・Able to use the Zoom app on a smartphone and share the screen
・Able to print out materials or display them on a PC or tablet during the test
Number of Participants
We are recruiting one participant per language.
If the number of applications exceeds the quota, participants will be selected based on screening.
