For you to participant this survey, We have some requests.

(1) You will be asked to shave full face and answer a questionnaire.
(2) We will take pictures of your face before and after shaving with a photo or video camera (range: full face).
*We will only use it for the purpose of the survey and will not use it for any other purpose.
(3) You are required to keep your beard unshaven for 3 days prior to the survey.
Can I participate in the survey without shaving for 3 days?
(4)Those who are confirmed to participate will be asked to submit a brief, seven-question pre-survey.

この度の調査では当日に以下のことを行います。問題なくご協力いただけますでしょうか。

①シェーバーを剃り比べしてもらい、アンケートに回答いただきます
②剃る前と剃った後の様子を、写真やビデオカメラで撮影させていただきます（撮影範囲：全顔）
　これらの撮影データは調査のためのみに使用し、ほかの用途では使用されません。
③調査前3日間は、髭は剃らずに伸ばしていただく必要があります。
　3日間髭を剃らずに伸ばした状態で当日参加いただけますか。
④参加が確定した方には、7問程度の簡単な事前アンケートの提出をお願いしています。
